Gil Basketball Academy and Partners for Peace- Step-Up Mentoring Program collaborated during our final Academy night of the year. We had Mayor Joe Gunter and his lovely wife attend, other notable distinguished guests were Butch Lindley, Miguel Cabrera, DJ Rick Gomez, Officer Lalo Villegas and many other Salinas PD and Law Enforcement officers. It was an awesome night. Thank you to all the GBA Volunteers, Coaches and Parents for their efforts and dedication. It was an amazing year. We will see you all in the Spring for our 10th year of the academy. Big plans coming next year as we celebrate 10 years of existence in the community serving our youth. Go GBA!
