GBA is more than just a basketball academy, it is an organization that works on character building, setting goals, and creating an atmosphere of family. This was evident on our last world tour to Italy. We fundraised heavily in order to be able to take 53 youth to compete internationally and experience the culture and history of Italy. In the process. the youth of Salinas learned about other customs and traditions, adaptability, and other world views. The trip to Italy was a life changing experience for everyone involved. We will continue to work hard to impact youth by exposing them to the realities beyond Salinas.
